Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ADOMI AI platform operated by Royal Wolf General Trading LLC ("ADOMI", "we", "us"). By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
ADOMI provides an autonomous programmatic advertising marketplace connecting advertisers, screen owners, and agencies. We use AI systems to plan, book, and optimize out-of-home advertising campaigns. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Campaign bookings and platform fees are charged as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringing, to interfere with the platform's operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by ADOMI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the service. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADOMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
